Natural Botanicals trio of cards

My weekly live last week focused on the Stampin' UP! set called Natural Botanicals.  I made three different card designs, but all of them were quite simple for everyone to be able to replicate.  I used a lot of inks and a variety of products but they can be easily duplicated with supplies you have on hand.  You can see the YouTube video here.

All Zipped Up and ready to go!!

I created these designs for my OnStage swap.  I did several styles and designs.  I thought the half zip hoodie had a nice masculine feel, even though the papers weren't quite!!  They are really fun to make and I think you will enjoy the die set if you purchase it.  I hope my designs give you a little inspiration.  The sky is the limit on these.  Here is a link to the video I did for my Feb Christmas card live that shows how to assemble.

Butterflies and Flowers!!

Well if last week wasn't a slight fiasco!  I had a horrible connection for my weekly live, but so thankful for those that stuck with me through it!  I was able to do it over early on Friday morning though.  I was glad to do it again because I really wanted the cuteness of the note card and the flowers to get some eyes on it.  The two cards I made are below.  I haven't played with the Beautiful Butterflies bundle to much so it was fun.  I also go to play a bit more with the new set coming out in May's online exclusives called Impressions Abloom.  You can see the videos by click on the links.  Facebook, which may be gone by the time you see this post.  They are only staying for 30 days I believe....so if it's after April 2025 it's not there.  The YouTube version should be haning around for eternity, unless they change policy too.  You can view it on YT here.

Christmas Video for March

I forgot to post the Christmas video information for you!  Last week on the 25th I did my card with the Sophisticated Sled set and some non traditional colors.  I love how it turned out.  I did find after the video was over that there is a slit in the skates to put the laces through!!  I posted info in the comments for that, but they might go away when Facebook takes the video down.  I'm not sure yet if the video goes and the rest of the post stays or how it's going to work!!  Also, with Facebook taking away live videos after a short time, I am only going to give you the link to the YouTube moving forward.  So, if you'd like to see the video for the Christmas card you can see it here.

In Color card this week on my live

This week I created a card inspired by Teri West, and used all the new in colors.  It is really easy and the look is so fun!!  I wanted to show off the new colors that will be arriving in the upcoming catalog and I think this did a nice job of it.  I think you will like the colors, Secret Sea is my favorite!!  Take a peek at the YouTube video here.  (I'm not going to post the FB link since it has a good chance to be removed before you get here).  I hope you give this fun card a try.  It would be a great card for kids too.

All Zipped Up for Christmas!

I created this fun design for the February Christmas card live.  There are so many things you can do with this zipper bundle called All Zipped Up.  You can click here to see it on YouTube.

Here is another version of it.  The Christmas video used patterned paper for the main sweatshirt and the one below uses an embossing folder to give cardstock some texture.  This one looks a little more like a cardigan sweater with the pattern.

Botanical Textures Suite is wonderful!

My weekly live didn't use the full Botanical Textures Suite, but it is so worth mentioning the whole thing.  I love the two packs of paper that coordinate with the stamp set as well as the mini corrugated embossing folder.  It is just a great selection of products to make up the full suite.  I just used the textures paper and the stamps/dies for my card this week.  I love the color combo and how the whole thing came together with all the texture.  You can see the videos here:  YouTube or FaceBook

Paper Pumpkin for February

Well, I was able to get the Paper Pumpkin cards created at my getaway last weekend and then this weekend I was able to get the videos loaded.  That means I'm sharing the links for you go watch them and get inspired to create outside the box with your Paper Pumpkin kit.  I don't do too much anymore with my kits that isn't doable to the general stamper.  If I get too out there then the person who just gets one kit and not much else won't be able to have other ideas for her products.  So, I have started keeping it pretty straight forward so you can make up the kit AND make some alternates if you'd like.  Below are the cards I created.  If you want to see the album on my FB page, you can click here.  These are the February 2025 cards.  I also put them in a playlist on YouTube if you'd rather watch there.  They can be found if you click here.
