I created a Valentine from a fun fold I saw Debbie Henderson create. I just think it is the cutest!! This is what I created during my weekly live. You don't need the rhino set, any animals will work and if you don't have an alphabet die you can always stamp!! You'll be surprised how easily this card actual is to make. My video last week was using the Frozen Edges bundle. We were going to get some snow again so I hauled out and justified another stamp set. I created this shaker card for another challenge and got it mailed out to a dear friend. I used the Enjoying Little Things and Greatest Adventure stamp set.
WOW! that one month away from doing PP kits made the December kit feel like it had been forever since I worked on one. It felt so strange and when I got my videos around, it felt so foreign on what I needed to do!! I really liked this kit with the scalloped cards. Again, I didn't want to deviate too much with products people might not have. I did tell in the videos of some other ideas that you could do with a couple of the cards, using stamps. My December cards used the Enjoying Little Things stamp set from the fall mini catalog. I created four simple cards and offered the class via zoom so we could all gather together. It worked out that there were just a few of us on so we all chatted and had a really great time creating over a couple of hours. It was nice to be able to do both and not a lot of concentration had to go into the cards!! Here are the ones I designed and mailed out to everyone to make on Saturday.
I created this card for a January challenge and made it into a Valentine. I used the Most Adored paper and the Nothing's Better Than stamp set for the candies and the More Than Autumn set for the sentiment. Some of the squares are on dimensionals and throwing off the look of the spacing.
Well, this month the Christmas cards start over for the new year. This is the one I made for December 25th live video. I had been making these cards for a friend that wanted some new years cards and decided to try and make it into Christmas for the video. I love how it turned out too. The other photo is the cards I made for my friend. All you need to complete this card is circle punches or dies and a sentiment. I did emboss the background, but you don't have to. I had so much fun making these two cards on my live a couple of weeks ago. They just look so cool when they are done! If you watch the video, go ahead and forward to about 5 min in if you don't want to watch the beginning where my words and actions are not in sync. After that it seems good.
